Step 1 - Activate Your DUPR Coach Account

Check Your Inbox​

Check Your Inbox. After the purchase, you’ll receive two important emails:

  • Welcome Email - Contains key resources and next steps.
  • Account Activation Email - Sent from info@duprcoach.com, this email includes the link to activate your DUPR Coach account.
Check spam/Junk folder

If you don't see the activation email within a few minutes of submitting a payment, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, reach out to us at support@duprcoach.com.

Activate Your Account​

Open the Account Activation email and click the “Activate Your Account” button (see screenshot below). Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your DUPR Coach credentials and enter all required information. For the profile picture, you may upload your own or use the DUPR Coach icon if preferred.

tip

Use a different email address and credentials for your DUPR Coach account than the ones associated with the My DUPR Coach app (player platform).

Complete the Onboarding Survey​

The Onboarding Survey is a required step to finalize your registration. This survey helps us gather essential information about:

  • Your DUPR.
  • Your coaching experience.
  • Your preferences for tools and features.
  • The environments in which you coach.
