Subscription Overview

The DUPR Coach annual subscription is $250 (or the discounted rate available through select partner organizations). Your subscription automatically renews 365 days after your initial purchase and can be canceled at any time. Please note that fees are non-refundable, as outlined in the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of purchase.

Canceling is simple and can be done by emailing support@duprcoach.com.

Receipt & Purchase Confirmation

When you purchase DUPR Coach, a receipt will be sent to you from info@duprcoach.com. If you need another copy or didn't receive the email, please contact us at support@duprcoach.com, and we'll gladly resend it.

Update Your Payment Method

If you'd like to change the payment method linked to your DUPR Coach subscription, email support@duprcoach.com. We'll provide a secure link so you can safely update your payment information.

Renewing Your Subscription

If you’ve canceled your subscription and want to renew, simply repurchase the credential here. Partner discounts will only apply if you use the specific partner link. Be sure to use the same email address as your original purchase so all your past work and players remain connected to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What happens if I don’t cancel before the auto-renewal?
    • Your subscription will automatically renew for another year at the current rate, unless your partner organization agreement specifies otherwise.
  • Will my ratings or players be affected if I cancel?
    • Your players’ Coach-Assigned DUPR ratings will remain intact. However, if you do not renew, your players will be transferred to the active Master DUPR Coach on our team 30 days after your subscription expires.
  • How can I get support for my subscription?
    • For any questions or issues, please email support@duprcoach.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, to assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and subscription inquiries. Requests are handled in the order received, and you can expect a response within 24–48 hours.
