Remote Assessment Flow

  • As part of your DUPR Coach tool suite, you have the capability to assess players remotely. When a player uploads a match film, you will receive an email notification, as shown in the screenshot below.

You must to log in from a tablet or larger screen to be able to assess match films.

  • Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Match Films screen, as shown in the screenshot below. Here, you will find all the match films uploaded for your assessment, highlighted by the #2 badge. Each row includes a “Time In Queue” column, marked by the #3 badge in the screenshot, providing details on how long each film has been in the queue.

We kindly ask that you process each match film within 48 hours. If additional time is needed, please reach out to the player to inform them of the delay.

  • Tap on the name to open the Match Film Screen
  • Once the Match Film screen loads tap on "Rating Only" button as shown in the screenshot below
  • The Game Area scores will appear and you will be able to score using a familiar sliders as shown in the screenshot below (badge #1)
  • When all the game areas are score tap "Submit Analysis" button at the bottom of the screen (badge #2)

Reminder Email​

  • If you are unable to complete the assessment within 48 hours for any reason, you will receive a reminder email, as shown in the screenshot below

Additional Info​

We encourage coaches to focus primarily on in-person ratings and assessments, as these tend to be the strongest revenue drivers. Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

  • No Subscription Requirement: You can assign ratings to non-rated players at no cost. They simply need to download the My DUPR Coach app and create a free account. DUPR Coach does not take any revenue from the in-person sessions you run.
  • In-Person is the Priority: While remote ratings are available, in-person assessments are the most effective and valuable for both coaches and players. Again, DUPR Coach does not take any revenue from the in-person sessions you run.
  • Annual Subscription & Revenue Share: For $49.99/year, non-rated players can subscribe to the My DUPR Coach app, submit game film, and receive a Coach-Assigned DUPR remotely. If a player is assigned to you through our DUPR Coach lead generation system, you'll receive a share of the revenue. You're always free to decline any player. Just let us know. Note: lead generation does not include players who find you through the Coach Map. If you're using the app and film review for your own players, a revenue share does not apply.
  • Set Your Own Rates: You have full control over your pricing for in-person sessions and keep 100% of what you earn. Many coaches also offer film analysis as a separate, additional service. Some coaches choose to have their own players subscribe to the app to access the remote tools, then charge separately for coaching or film reviews outside the platform. It's completely up to you!
