DUPR Coach Map Alert

One of the features available on the DUPR Coach platform is the ability for players to reach out and message you directly. These messages are called DUPR Coach Map Alerts and are sent when a player taps the “Contact Coach” link on the DUPR Coach Map.

The DUPR Coach Map Alert email message contains two important parts:

  1. Player's presonal information
  2. Player's message
Important!

When you receive a DUPR Coach Map Alert, please make sure to respond to the player within 24 hours. Simply click the reply button, and your response will be automatically directed to the player’s email address.
