Integrity and Community Guidelines

The honesty and integrity of the DUPR system and DUPR Coach program are our highest priorities. DUPR and DUPR Coach are committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, and organizers.

Respect for players, coaches, officials, and the broader community is essential for growing the game and ensuring fair treatment for everyone. DUPR Coaches are expected to uphold these standards at all times.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

DUPR and DUPR Coach maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

  • Racism, sexism, discrimination, abusive language, harassment, physical abuse, or any behavior detrimental to an individual or the event.
  • Cheating, tanking, game-fixing, or data manipulation, including creating multiple accounts or knowingly rating a player who already has an established rating.
  • Individuals who fail background checks.

Expected Conduct

Players, coaches, and organizers must follow these principles and are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in direct or indirect verbal mistreatment of officials, players, coaches, sponsors, spectators, or others at the event or on virtual platforms.
  • Displaying unsportsmanlike conduct, such as aggression or property damage.
  • Using illicit substances at any event.
  • Claiming or impersonating another player, coach, or organizer.
  • Sending inappropriate messages on or off the DUPR, DUPR Coach, or My DUPR Coach platforms.
  • Misusing DUPR or DUPR Coach brand imagery or property.

Rating and Data Integrity

Manipulating ratings, results, or data is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Creating multiple accounts for any purpose (e.g., playing with opposite hands, separate coaching accounts, practice accounts, test accounts). Accounts will be merged if duplicates are found.
  • Knowingly rating players who already have an established rating or multiple accounts to receive a Coach-Assigned DUPR without eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements

DUPR Coaches must have an established DUPR from match logging. During account activation, you will need to provide your DUPR ID and current rating for verification. Accounts without a valid DUPR will be suspended until the requirements are met and at least one match is logged, recreational or tournament.

Account Policy

DUPR Coach accounts are for individual, single-coach use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Only credentialed DUPR Coaches may access the platform. Violations will result in permanent revocation of account access and credentials. Revoked accounts are not eligible for a refund.

Coach-Assigned DUPRs

Coach-Assigned DUPRs are only for non-rated players who have not yet logged matches in DUPR. These ratings do not impact a player’s established DUPR. If a player already has a rating, inform them and consider offering a session refund if applicable. Any players found with multiple DUPR accounts should be reported immediately to support@duprcoach.com.

DUPR Coaches are required to have an established DUPR from match logging. Coaches are strictly prohibited from generating Coach-Assigned DUPRs for themselves or other coaches for any reason, including higher ratings, practice, or test accounts. Violations of these policies, including breaches of fair play rules, community guidelines, or misuse of credentials such as match manipulation, fraudulent match logging, creating multiple accounts, or knowingly rating players with established ratings, may result in suspension or permanent revocation of credentials. Revoked accounts are not eligible for a refund.

Quality Assurance and Program Integrity

All DUPR Coaches agree to participate in Quality Assurance and Program Integrity reviews. This includes:

  • Ensure players are non-rated before generating Coach-Assigned DUPRs.
  • Validate player ratings when randomly selected.
  • Allow the DUPR Coach team to review accounts, players, and credentials as needed.
